We stayed in spacious villas surrounded by trees and outdoor seating. Our upgraded room and bathrooms were very comfortable and clean. the facilities had some hidden surprises like a 'zoo' and a lake where we enjoyed a Russian feast. the staff was very helpful with translator apps and arranging taxis to the stadium, airport, and train station.

Finding a taxi back to the hotel from the event was difficult for some guests.

Our Christmas vacation was a bit ruined by the location, as we had to walk quite a distance to get to the nearest public transportation. the food options were pretty limited and we had to eat the same dishes repeatedly.

The hotel’s surroundings were beautiful, with plenty of trees providing shade and outdoor seating areas. The staff were friendly and tried to make communicating easy, even though only one of them spoke English. the rooms were very spacious, which was great for our group of four.

The hotel was quite far from the city, which posed a challenge when we were trying to find taxis to take us to events we wanted to attend. We also found it difficult to find taxis to take us back to the hotel after attending events.
